My self-directed work allows me to experiment and develop. I like to keep things interesting – depicting a mixture of figurative, whimsical and architectural subjects. I usually get inspiration for my work from my surroundings and keep a little ideas notebook/sketchpad. Sometimes it can take months for me to transfer the idea onto canvas, but I enjoy every stage of the process.
